Our Services
What services does Reliable Nanny and Caregiver Placement Agency provides its clients?

  • Careful selection of the right nanny or caregiver. There is free initial consultation by the client in which discussion of the specific needs will help determine what particular nanny or caregiver that best suited to a certain family. Then, after that we will provide you with selected applicants by email that suit your family and arrange for interview in your home.

  • We will provide one year probation for hiring nanny here in the local and in overseas. In the event that the nanny or caregiver hired by employer did not work out a replacement will be provided at no extra charge.

Service Fees Options

Free registration - select candidates and start interviewing. Fee is applicable only if any of our referred interviewed candidates is offered a job position. Fees is payable by the employers on the job acceptance by candidate(s), either verbally or in writing. It is the responsibility of the hiring employer to notify the Agency if a candidate has been offered a job position; services fees are payable within 5 days from the date of the invoice submitted by the agency.

Local and Overseas Nanny- $1,000.00 plus applicable taxes

Temporary placement when the length of employment is up to 3 days a week-$350.00 plus applicable taxes

Part time nanny; working up to three days - $500.00 plus applicable taxes

On Call placement fees -$25.00 per booking

Note: All placement / finder’s fees are subject to change without notice. Our guarantee is straight forward and gives you peace of mind. Should things will not work out between a family and the hired nanny within one year of her or his employment a guaranteed replacement is available free of charge.

Reliable Nanny & Caregiver Placement Agency reserves the right to charge the Client a 25% surcharge on all accounts not settled with five business days from the date of invoice.

Screening
How do we screen applicants?

Local Applicants

  • Let the applicants fill out online or paper application provide by our company.

  • Contact for phone interview then if we feel the applicants is suitable then we require them to come to our office for second interview in person.

  • We require them to provide the following documents: reference letter from previous and school credentials.

  • Background checks done by contacting previous employers.

  • Police clearance or Criminal records will be requested and the expense will be reimbursed by prospective employers.

Overseas Applicants/b>

  • We only accept applicants who are highly recommended by friends and agents.

  • Fill out online application provided by our company. • Contact for phone interview or Skype interview.

  • Ask to provide school credentials, police clearance and references letter from previous employer’s

  • As much as possible, we will contact previous employers and sometimes current employers.

Male Caregivers

Female caregivers dominate the workforce—according to statistics ninety percent of Canadian families prefer to hire female caregivers. Research has been conducted and the results indicate that the male caregivers have the following advantages over female caregivers:

  • Male caregivers could initiate and promote large motor activities necessary to child development.

  • Male caregivers more often serve as a friend to the child while female caregivers often serve as a teacher or supervisor and sometimes a dictator.

  • Male caregivers deal well with elderly, especially Alzheimer & dementia patients.

  • Male caregivers can perform housekeeping better, especially during winter time season, than female caregivers.
