Screening Process

Local Applicants

  1. Fill out an online application in our website.

  2. We will contact you for phone interview then if we feel you are suitable then we will ask you to come to our office for second interview to make it sure you meet the qualities and requirements that our agency required.

  3. Must bring the photocopies of the following: reference letter from previous employer and school credentials.

  4. We will call your previous employers for your background check.

  5. If your application is successful then we will include your profile to our list or qualified applicants.

  6. Once your prospective employer will require police clearance or criminal record check, we require you to provide it.

Overseas Applicants

  1. We only accept applicants who are highly recommended by friends, relatives or to the people we know.

  2. You must meet the qualities and requirements that our agency required below:

Qualities and Requirement

  • Must have at least two years experienced in younger children from newborn to 3 years old.

  • If for elderly care, must have at least two years experienced in one employer and medical background is an asset.

  • Must be responsible, hardworking, reliable, honest and sincere,

  • Must have a good command in English or French.

  • Must have good reference letter from previous or recent employers

  • Must have at least 72 units in University or College or grade 12 equivalents in Canadian Education.

  • Must have the following authenticated documents ready: passport, birth certificate, transcript of record, high school report card and diploma.

  • Must have no derogatory record and healthy.

  1. We will interview you by phone, web cam or Skype.

  2. WeWe will contact your previous employers and if your current employer is willing to be interviewed then we will do it. You have more chance to be selected if your previous and or current employer will give you support.
