Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to perform the work
    • Proficiency in English or French – At least Canadian Language Benchmarks level 5 – Original Copy
    • You must prove your ability in English or French in these four areas:
      1. Listening
      2. Speaking
      3. Reading
      4. Writing
  • Proof of English Language proficiency by:
    • IELTS: International English Language Testing System (General Training test only)
    • CELPIP: Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (General test only)
  • Proof of English Language proficiency by:
    • TEF Canada: Test d’évaluation de français
    • TCF Canada:Test de connaissance du français (in French only)
  • One-year post-secondary education
    • You must have at least a completed Canadian one-year post-secondary educational credential (or an equivalent foreign credential). To prove that you meet the required level of education, you must submit with your application evidence of either:
      1. A completed Canadian educational credential of at least one year of post-secondary studies, OR
      2. A completed foreign educational credential AND an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report issued by an organization designated by IRCC, if your educational credential was obtained outside Canada

An ECA is used to check that your completed foreign educational credential is valid and equal to a completed Canadian one-year post-secondary education credential or higher. This can be a degree, diploma, certificate or other proof of your education.

  • International Credential Assessment Service of Canada

Unfortunately, 72 units is no longer qualify in the program. The current requirement is one-year post-secondary equivalent in Canadian Education. It might be 3rd year in college and two-year diploma graduate may meet the education requirements.

Reliable Nanny and Caregiver Placement Agency charges a service fee of $262.50 GST inclusive excluding the ECA-Evaluation Credential Assessment of $200.00 plus courier fee.

No, employers are no longer obliged to buy the air ticket. The employer’s responsibility is to provide the JOB Offer only.

Absolutely, you are qualified as long as you were assigned in the pediatric ward or you have a related care experience with children.

NOTE: The following meet the childcare requirements experienced: School Nurse , Teacher, Midwife, DSWD Workers, Lying In workers, Nurses assigned in Pediatric ward, etc.

You will be received a restricted open work permit so that means you can work any other employer as long as the same jobs offer. Your husband will receive also an open work permit and the children are study permit.

There is an initial one-year processing time.
